I have been on concerta 36 for more than a year now. I want to ask my doctor at my next appointment to add ritalin 10 mg to support me on heavy workdays after 5 pm, is it working for you? Note: I tried to add Concerta 18 in the afternoon as a supportive dose, but it caused anxiety for me
