Your email address. Used to send you a sign-in code. There is no password.

A pseudonym you choose. The only name anyone else sees.

An optional flair — a short line such as a medication and dose. You can leave it blank.

What you write: posts, comments, reactions and reports, with the time you wrote them.

No profile pictures, no phone number, no location, and no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your email is used for one thing: sending the code that signs you in. No marketing, no newsletters, and it is not shared with anyone.

Everything else exists to run the community — showing your posts, attributing them to your pseudonym, and handling reports.

Public: your pseudonym, your flair, and anything you post or comment.

Never public: your email address. It is not shown next to your posts and is not visible to other members at all.

Worth thinking about: a flair naming a specific medication and dose, combined with details in what you write, can be enough for someone who knows you to recognise you. That is your call to make — leave the flair blank if you are unsure, and pick a pseudonym you do not use on other sites.

Supabase hosts the database and handles sign-in.

Amazon SES delivers your sign-in emails.

AWS Amplify serves the site.

Nothing is sold, and there are no advertising networks involved.

The database enforces row-level security: every table has policies restricting rows to the person they belong to, so your profile can only be edited by you.

No passwords are stored, because there are none. Sign-in codes are single-use and expire.

You can change your pseudonym and flair at any time from your account page. Renaming applies everywhere, including posts you already wrote.

Deleted posts and comments are hidden from the site rather than erased from the database immediately.

You can delete your account yourself from the account page. Your email address and pseudonym are removed and you will not be able to sign in again.

Posts and comments you wrote stay, shown as written by a deleted account, so the replies underneath remain readable for the people who wrote them. Nothing left behind identifies you. If you want particular posts gone as well, delete those first, or email info@rallyset.com.

NeuroDB is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly keep accounts for people below that age.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
