Email, to sign you in with a code, with Google or with Apple, and to tell you about replies, follow-ups and Helped me marks you haven't seen, at most once a day. There is no password. Turn these emails off in Settings, or from any of them.

Pseudonym and avatar, the only identity others see.

Diagnoses and medication, optional: what you take now, since when and at what times, what you used to take and why you stopped, notes, and what each medication changed for you.

Dose log, optional: each dose you mark as taken or skipped, with the time, and the days of the week you take it. Only you can see it.

What you write: posts, comments, the photos you add to them, reactions and reports.

Push tokens, so the app can tell you about replies.

Weekly digest, optional, in the Android app without an account: once a week the app may tell you something new is on a page you read. The list it picks from, of the pages you read, stays on your phone and is not sent to us. We send every phone that turned it on the same list of this week's posts, and your phone picks what to show.

How NeuroDB is used: which pages and screens are opened and what is done on them, on the website and in the apps, tied to your account so that a fault can be traced back to whoever hit it. Of your medication only counts are sent, such as how many you added, never which ones or your notes.

Recordings of visits to the website and of sessions in the Android and iPhone apps, signed in or not: what the page or screen showed and where you clicked, tapped and scrolled, so we can see where NeuroDB needs work. Anything you type is hidden, apart from your email at sign-in and the pseudonym you pick. What a page or screen shows afterwards is not, such as a post once it is posted or the words a search page repeats back. Your medication report and dose log are never recorded. Only the NeuroDB team can watch them.

Recent searches, your last few, kept in your browser, or on your phone in the app, so the search box can offer them again. They are not saved on NeuroDB's servers, though a recording of a visit can show the list. Remove them from the search box, and signing in or out clears them.

It is used only to run NeuroDB. Nothing is sold, and your email is never shown or used for marketing.

Your pseudonym, avatar, badge, posts and comments. On your profile, the medications you take and used to take, with their months and why you stopped, and your experiences with them. Posts can appear in Google; member pages do not. Your email is never public, and nor are your notes, your dose log or the times you take a medication.

A badge plus details in your posts can be enough for someone who knows you to recognise you. Leave it empty if you are unsure.

Supabase (database and sign-in), Google and Apple (if you sign in with them), Amazon SES (sign-in and reply emails), AWS Amplify (hosting), Google Firebase (push notifications) and PostHog (product analytics and session recordings).

Only you can edit your profile. There are no passwords, and sign-in codes are single-use and expire.

Change your pseudonym, avatar, diagnoses and medication any time from your account page.

Download a medication report from Settings: a PDF of your medications and experiences, your notes included. It is made on your device, by your browser or the app, and saved there. NeuroDB keeps no copy.

Delete your account yourself, on the site or in the app. Your email, pseudonym, avatar, badge and dose log are removed. Posts and comments stay, photos included, shown as deleted, so delete them first if you want them gone.

NeuroDB is not for anyone under 18.
