Vyvanse to Concerta
Hi everybody, I have been taking Vyvanse, Started at 30mg, but it wasn’t really working. Went up to 50mg, later 70mg. And I was anxious, tense and couldn't get any task done, so my doctor prescribed me Concerta, I started on 36mg and, then moved up to 54mg. I’ve been on it for about 8 months now.
I feel like my emotions aren't as volatile. I stand up for myself more. I can tackle tasks better and also finish them. Less tension in my body. I feel more relaxed, less anxious. Definite win there!
Please let me know your experiences with it.

I switched from 50mg vyvanse to 54mg concerta plus 10mg ritalin, and for me it has been a new life. On vyvanse, I still had severe mental distraction, jumping from one thing to another; I couldn't tolerate the max dose of 70 mg at all due to anxiety. With Concerta, however, it was a completely different experience; it wasn't about having more drive, but rather about the calm and focus needed to finish a task before moving on to the next one. For me, the difference is between wanting to do something and actually being able to start it. That has made a huge difference in my life.
Do you think ritalin afternoon, my response to ritalin, would be good like concerta?
Idk honestly you gotta try it yourself
Happy to hear this, I also want to switch to vyvanse from concerta, I’ve heard a lot of positive feedback so far.
Yes! After sticking with Vyvanse at different dosages, I threw in the towel and got prescribed Concerta. I wish I had done this sooner.
